Alexander Saison

Alexander Saison is a beer based on the Belgian style. The origin of the name of the israeli beer comes from the word season. This style of beer (saison beer) used to be made on southern Belgian farms. On the hot summer days, this beer was used to quench the thirst of all the workers in the fields.

With this Alexander Saison Beer comes a bit of dryness and a bit of sourness with a combination of flavors and aromas. The beer is made from a type of yeast that was entirely seasonal: whatever grains were available at the time were cooked and used as the yeast for that special beer.

Blonde and powerful Alexander Saison beer. Contains 7% alcohol in a bottle of 33 centiliters. Delicious to combine with a piece of meat from the grill or with nicely spiced dishes.
