Barkan Classic - Rosé 75 cl

Delicious rosé with a light sweetness. Serve slightly chilled. Nice full wine. A summer wine that you can drink all year round as a single glass or with many dishes and snacks.

Colour: salmon pink
Smell: soft forest fruits, very mild spices
Taste: soft forest fruits, notes of Muscat grapes, mild spices, very fine bitter
Finish: long
Wine/food: delicious with a fruit salad with fresh fruit, mild pasta sauces, hard sausages, dates, young/young mature cheese, mildly spiced chicken bones, falafel

Note: Drink slightly cool, the wine has a very small sweetness but is certainly not sweet, this makes the wine very accessible.
