Mildly spicy white wine in which you recognize ripe white fruit in smell and taste. In the taste you will also discover citrus fruit and a soft bitterness.
Colour: Pale yellow
Smell: Juicy ripe white fruit, such as pear, peach and melon, lychees, mildly spicy, touch of honey
Taste: Clear Citrus, not really recognizable in the smell, very light terroir tones, nice and fresh and dry, the odor impressions are interwoven in the taste with a strong reference to citrus fruit, including grapefruit. This gives the nice bitterness to the wine
Finish: Long
Wine/food: Fish, chicken and meat salads, fried fish, salad with goat cheese and honey vinaigrette, crustaceans and shellfish
Note: After opening the wine, let it air for 15 minutes. Drink the wine up to two years after the harvest date to optimally preserve the fresh fruit. Delicious with a lighter meal, but always tasty.
