Ben Ami - Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

Firm bright red wine in which you recognize the smell and taste of forest fruits, cedar wood and jam.

Colour: Dark garnet red.
Smell: Dark forest fruits, slightly jam.
Taste: Full powerful taste of black currant and blackberries. Tannins can be tasted but are nicely ripe.
Finish: Long.
Wine/food: Red meat (from minced meat to entrecote), hash, red cabbage, pasta dishes, pizza, div. sausages, hard cheeses, pate.

Note: The mild jam notes give the wine a pleasant softness. The taste is firm. Ready to drink now, but there's no rush to drink.
