This flavorful shabbat wine from Israel is a wonderfully flavorful and full-bodied wine. Made from the specialty of the vineyards of Judea, the Carignan grape, this wine brings a slightly spicy flavor.
In the past, this wine was sold under the name Kinor. Today, you can find it under the name 7th Day Sacramental from the Barkan brand.
This 7th Day Sacramental is perfect for the beginning of Shabbat. Holidays are also ideally suited for this delicious drink. As a Supper wine, this bottle from Barkan Winery is also very fitting. For extra freshness, the wine can be drunk chilled.
Advice
We advise storing this wine (when opened) upright. This is in connection with the present residual sugars. The 7th Day Sacramental (Kinor) tastes even better in a port glass. Ideal to combine with hard cheeses, nuts and pâté.
