Dry white wine in which you will recognize notes of apple, pineapple and tropical fruit in aroma and taste. Wonderfully fresh with nice soft acids and a long aftertaste. Drink cool, but definitely not cold.
Colour: Light straw yellow.
Smell: Apple, pineapple, tropical fruit.
Taste: Pleasantly soft bitter, fresh fruit from the odor impressions is clearly reflected in the taste.
Finish: Long.
Wine/food: Salad with meat, chicken or fish, schnitzel with fried potatoes or fries, tuna salad toast, green olives, gourmet or kibbeling.
Note: Due to the fresh taste, it is also a delicious lunch wine with, for example, a healthy sandwich.
