Garnet red wine uniquely produced in the mountains of Judea. Aged for 12 months in French oak in the ideal climate where the days are warm and the nights are cool. This is the perfect wine for during a festive meal. With a tasty forest fruit, cherry and licorice aroma. The wine also has a firm taste where the tannins are still easy to taste. Tip: open the bottle 30-45 minutes before serving. Delicious dishes to accompany this wine are especially: tender meat, fried liver, game dishes and Mediterranean dishes. 70% from Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% from Merlot and 10% from Syrah.
