Dry red wine in which you will recognize red forest fruits and soft notes of black pepper in smell and taste, as well as mild notes of wood. The wine has soft ripe tannins and goes well with a nice piece of red meat or lamb. It can also be served well with mature cheese, country pâté, dates and nuts.

forest fruits, something of undergrowth
