Beautiful full red wine with a complex taste of ripe plums and dark cherries. The long aging in oak added notes of vanilla. The wine can compete with the best wines from famous wine countries and belongs to the top of Israeli wines. Very suitable for special moments or with a festive meal.
Colour: Deep garnet red
Nose: Ripe berries and sweet cherries with a hint of plum and vanilla (from the oak)
Taste: Full, powerful taste of black currant, blackberry, elderberry and cherries. The long barrel aging (18 months) also gives the wine notes of vanilla, tobacco leaf, gooseberries, dark chocolate and earth.
Finish: Very long
Wine/food: Nice piece of red meat, dates with cream cheese filling, Gouda cheese from the Netherlands, baguette with farmer's pate, stew with lots of meat and no garlic, as a separate glass to enjoy sip by sip.
Note: Due to the long aging in barrels of 225 liters, the flavors developed optimally and together form a complex wine. Open the bottle at least 1 hour before serving
