Experience Israel works together with DHL for shipping. You will receive a package so that your products from Israel remain of top quality. We will send your package with a tracking code so that you are kept informed of the delivery. During checkout you can choose which carrier you want to use.

For DHL, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping Costs in the Netherlands

• DHL Package Delivery within the Netherlands: €8.50 per standard shipment. Please note that packages over 30 kilograms incur higher shipping costs.
• DHL ParcelShop in the Netherlands: Have your package delivered to a DHL pickup point for just €7.50. Pick it up whenever you want. Always an option near you.
• Bottle Package: Specifically for shipments with wines, choose the Bottle Package for €11.60. Your package will be handled with extra care.
• Pickup: For only €0.00 (completely free!), you can pick up your package at our warehouse at Veldkampseweg 3, Heerde.

Shipping Costs to Belgium

• DHL Package Delivery to Belgium: €12.80 per standard shipment. Please note that packages over 30 kilograms incur higher shipping costs.
• DHL ParcelShop in Belgium: Have your package delivered to a DHL pickup point for just €12.80. Pick it up whenever you want. Always an option near you.

Shipping Costs to Germany

• DHL Package Delivery to Germany: €12.05 per standard shipment. Please note that packages over 30 kilograms incur higher shipping costs.
• Bottle Package to Germany: Specifically for shipments with wines, choose the Bottle Package for €18. Your package will be handled with extra care.

When can I expect my package?

Most items are in stock and are shipped quickly to you. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you order items with different delivery times, we follow the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time.

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days. We will only ship your complete order (including items without a delivery time) when it is fully complete.

If you need an item with a shorter delivery time sooner, let us know, and we will ship the order in parts. If the delivery of the order is unexpectedly delayed, we will inform you via email.

What happens if I’m not at home?

The courier delivers your package to the shipping address you provide during ordering. If no one is home and it doesn’t fit through the mailbox, the package will be delivered to the neighbors. If the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, it will be taken to a DHL service point. Don’t forget to bring identification when picking it up.

Can I exchange an item?

Would you like to exchange your item(s)? No problem. Just contact us, and we’ll send the correct products to you free of charge. Return costs are at your own expense. If you choose a refund of the purchase amount, the return costs of €5 will be deducted from the refund.

How do I return my package?

You have the legal right to return ordered items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Do this by sending an email to [email protected], including your order number and the items you are returning. You can also include the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Returns reported after the aforementioned 14 days will not be processed.
