Zmora - Emerald Riesling & Colombard 75cL

Young semi-sweet white wine. An attractive blend of cold fermented Emerald Riesling and Colombard grapes. The scent of fresh fruit is enhanced with a refreshing sweetness and a crispy tart finish. It is a great accompaniment to fruit and pastries or on its own as an aperitif. Serve slightly chilled.

Colour: Light straw yellow.
Smell: Mild apple, notes of white fruits such as melon, pear, peach, spicy honey.
Taste: The fruit flavors are preserved by the cold fermentation. A nice sweetness makes the wine mild, honey and terroir notes.
Finish: Long.
Wine/food: Fresh fruit, such as strawberries, peach, melon, pear, but also apple and other fruit pastries, tompouce, young cheese and spicy dishes.
